- Teacher will assign students a home group (Rainbow #) and a land form (Color).
- Each group will research their land form, taking notes about:
- Students will write/type a one-page report about their land form to share with their home group on Thursday. These are informal papers – meaning, the notes are written in paragraph form, NOT bullet statements. Introduction and conclusion are not needed.

- How it has changed over time
- Similar examples locally (Des Moines area, Iowa, USA)
- Similar examples globally (Egypt and rest of the world)
- Anything else pertinent (interesting or important information)
